172 - June 21

First day of summer.  A lovely sunny day!  Until the short thunderstorm in the afternoon.  So we went for our walk in the evening instead.

Harry has learned a new trick.  I was looking somewhere else and when I glanced down I see him leaning over the side.  Wheee!

So, I took this shot of a wild rose even though there was a bug on it.  I like taking pictures of bugs on flowers, so no problem. 

When I uploaded the pictures to my laptop, I zoomed in to see what kind of bug it was, and saw this!

Yikes, it looks like someone is looking back at me!  I don't know if those are eyes, but I think it's pretty funny, it looks like he's popped his head over the edge to spy back at me!  Freaky :)

Found more bees in action and tried following them around...

Cropped one shot and was happy to see how nice this one was!  Definitely my bee shot of the day.  Or week.  Or month probably!  Hmm.  Ok, it's my bee shot of 2011.  So far.
