How clean is your house?

Have you ever watched this show? Which show?  How Clean is Your House? I wasn't just asking how clean your house was :) It's from the UK, and airs here on the W Network. Kim Woodburn and Aggie MacKenzie drop in on messy homeowners and help them clean their messy houses. Kim co-hosts a similar show in Canada called Kim's Rude Awakenings.

I have to say, from the episodes I've seen of both so far, the messy UK homes are much worse than the messy Canadian homes!! Of course there must be houses that bad here too, but maybe we're just less willing to let in camera crews! Who knows... but I'm always shocked by the grime, cobwebs and gross little greeblies they find. I have to look away when they visit bathrooms...Kim often will scrape one of her long fingernails through the disgusting brown buildup in toilets that haven't been cleaned in ages...I can't believe she does that, fake nails or not!!  Besides the gross out factor though it's an enteraining show, and after watching I always feel better about any mess in my own house because it's nowhere near as bad as on the show!  They also give a lot of good cleaning tips using things like vinegar, baking soda, lemon juice, tea tree oil, etc, rather than harsh chemicals.

I record the shows and always have a good supply of them to watch when the time is right...there are times you wouldn't necessarily want to be eating anything while watching!  I've got one starting now where the woman lets her cat poop all over the house and she doesn't pick up after it...gross!! Ok gotta go watch the show now!
